Become an Automation and AI Engineer in the Grid Automation Services organization at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you’ll be working with cutting edge technology, from AI Engineering to Kubernetes infrastructure, in support of automation efforts driving affordability and enabling the Utility of the Future.

This role involves leading generative AI solutions and developing GPU as a service and LLM as a service models for an AI factory. This position requires a strong technical foundation in software engineering, AI, and DevOps, with strong experience in containerized solutions and Kubernetes. The engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing GPU-centric architectures for RAG and Agentic AI solutions. The role requires a strong knowledge of python to be used for back-end, scripting, and data engineering. This role will also require Infrastructure as Code (IaC) capabilities with technologies like Ansible.
