Position: AutoCAD Drafter
Requirements:
•
Knowledgeable: Proficient in AutoCAD; SolidWorks experience preferred.
•
Experienced: Minimum 5 years of experience in AutoCAD.
•
Technical: Background in engineering, construction, or architecture.
•
Accurate: High-quality, timely work with Attention to detail
•
Energetic: Thrives in a dynamic environment.
•
Quick learner: Adapts to new technology.
•
Curious: Eager to learn and grow.
•
Fluent: Strong English skills; other languages are a plus.
•
Team Player: Willing to help the team beyond their job description.
•
Problem Solver: Overcomes challenges effectively.
Responsibilities:
•
Create and update designs for structures and systems.
•
Develop engineering drawings from sketches in AutoCAD.
•
Ensure compliance with ASME Y14.1 standards.
•
Provide technical assistance and solutions.
•
Peer-review models and drawings for quality control.
•
Perform heating and ventilation calculations (using existing Excel tables).
Additional Skills:
•
Knowledge of Driveworks software is an asset with Interest in programming and writing Excel equations.
