Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Automotive Part Sales Specialist. This person is responsible for accurately and efficiently maintaining the company's Sales of used auto parts. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively as well as strong customer service.

Responsibilities

- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.

- Utilize effective phone etiquette to establish rapport and build relationships with potential clients.

- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions to ensure timely responses.

- Conduct outbound sales efforts to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits that align with their needs.

- Negotiate terms of sale effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance.

- Provide ongoing sales support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, promotions, and financing options available to customers.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.

- Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline effectively to maximize opportunities.

- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the customer and the dealership.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism.

- A passion for automobiles and staying informed about industry trends is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per year
