Eustis Company is a custom manufacturer located in Lynnwood, WA. We are a small, family owned company that has a fun & energetic work environment and are looking for a new Office/Sales Support team member to join our Company. We are searching for a kind, organized person to assist our Office Manager in the day-to-day tasks in the office workspace as well as providing support for the sales team.
The Office/Sales Support team member will be required to provide overall administrative support to the office manager, Sales Manager and other team members. In this role, you will be responsible for the filing and organization of orders and invoices as well learning basic order entry to assist the sales team. This is a part-time position M-F.
- Coordinating with Office Manager on essential tasks
- Keeping all paperwork filed and up to date with proper location
- Back up for answering phones if busy
~ The Office/Sales Support team member should have excellent communication and customer service skills
~ Basic Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks & typing skills
~ The Office/Sales Support team member must be organized and have a detail-oriented eye
