PSE's Corporate Shared Services team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Associate Real Estate Representative position!

Job Description

The Asset Management team focuses on the management of PSE’s real estate portfolio. Such parcels include (but are not limited to) electric and gas operating facilities, transmission corridors and mitigation sites throughout PSE’s service area. Asset Management provides real estate services to support PSE’s internal project goals, including obtaining property for critical infrastructure, CETA compliance, or other needs as assigned.

The Associate Real Estate Representative supports and is generally focused on routine real estate activities. Uses public and company records to research and determine ownership, operating rights, and other real property issues. Prepares correspondence and basic real estate documents.

Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.

The pay range for this position is $57,300.00 - $89,000.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
