Senior Accounting Associate, New Homes

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Axia, on behalf of Qcells New Homes Department, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Associate to join our team and lead day-to-day accounting operations for the New Homes business. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of GAAP accounting. In this role, you will also need a high level of attention to detail, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The Senior Accounting Associate will be responsible for a wide range of accounting activities, with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial transactions, month-end processes, and audits. This position requires an individual who thrives in a dynamic setting, can consistently execute under pressure, and contribute to team-wide initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the New Homes Department, to drive efficiently and maintain financial integrity.

This position will be based out of our office in San Francisco, CA with an in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide.
