About The Position

Responsible for executing the delivery of Arc Flash work while maintaining process, data and engineering standards. This role also aids in overseeing the development and implementation of an Arc Flash program.

Day in the Life

•

Understands the necessary data required and works directly with field resources to gather the data

•

Constructs electrical system diagrams from field data in Arc Flash modeling software and runs the simulations on the modeled systems

•

Interprets model outputs and addresses identified issues with electrical systems based on electrical codes and equipment limitations.

•

Builds and maintains effective relationships with program managers, clients, prospective clients, project teams, specialty contractors, field tradespersons and others that reflect and support the Company's core values and meets or exceeds the customer's expectations.

Provide regular and high-quality technical advice to work team as needed

•

Consistently makes decisions in an attentive ad safe manner to ensure the safety and health of self and others.

•

Utilize LEAN concepts or other continuous improvement methodologies to ensure the most efficient operations, processes, and activities.

Minimum Qualifications

•

Associate degree or equivalent experience in the electrical field.

•

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.

•

Experience with Arc Flash modeling software, such as SKM or eTA,P is HIGHLY preferred.

•

Excellent written and verbal skills

•

Strong mathematical skills with an analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.

•

Ability to collaborate with senior technical leaders, business leaders, and stakeholders.

Salary Range

•

$56,800 – 66,800 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
