Responsibilities
•Facilitate and own cross functional collaboration efforts between teams in Singapore, US and Denmark.
•Support program activities and project tracking of ongoing engineering and deployment activities in Singapore.
•Manage cross functional teams including engineering, product development, supply chain, manufacturing, among others to collaborate and drive successful product development milestones.
•Drive the successful implementation of programs by controlling the budget / cost, while ensuring that all program timelines, scope and quality commitments are delivered.
•Effectively and regularly communicate the program status to executives, partners and cross functional stakeholders to provide transparency and facilitates program implementation.
•Drive material readiness with the supply chain, quality, and materials planning teams to monitor program material risks.
•Provide direction to project engineers and cross functional stakeholders to align priorities, requirements, risks, and program schedule.
•Lead product development activities in helping outline product requirements to define the program scope, roadmap, and budget.
•Monitor and drive cost reduction efforts across the program by collaborating with various teams including supply chain and engineering. In doing this ensure that product cost and inventory are managed appropriately.
•Support in the development and execution of program management related processes and structure to facilitate efficient program execution.
•Identify and highlight program risks by defining mitigation plans, sharing trade-offs and ensuring appropriate measures are taken to minimize any program impact.
Qualifications
•Technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical power products.
•7+ years' experience in a mix of program management and engineering fields with evidence showing an exceptional ability to manage multiple complex projects / programs simultaneously.
•Demonstrated ability to work and lead cross functionally by managing large teams / projects.
•Exceptionally strong communication skills that demonstrate an ability to communicate visually verbally and in writing to both technical and non-technical team members.
•Experience working in an engineering organization focused on electrical systems, power electronics, or other similar products in a manufacturing / production environment.
•Ability to work well under pressure while simultaneously managing competing priorities, challenges and risks. Effective response to adapt to these competing priorities, risks, and program changes as needed and quickly.
•Excellent written and verbal communications in English with all stakeholders.
•Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% including internationally.
