The
Associate, Operations Engineering - Systemswill be focused on wind turbine systems engineering as part of the wind turbine generator engineering team within the Operations Engineering department of RWECE. The system engineers are specialists in the turbine as a system within the Onshore Wind Engineering team and provide support and expertise for Development, Construction, and Operations of wind farms.
This role will support the breadth of existing assets in the United States from the end of construction at a project site to repowering and decommissioning with effort on Operational success and needed repair at existing projects. The job also covers support of the other engineers globally.
As RWECE is growing in terms of managed assets as the existing fleet ages, the position supports the growing asset base and growing maintenance needs which often come with age.

This position is an office-based role with some travel and visits to other RWECE offices and field locations.The employee must be able to sit, walk, or stand for long durations of time.
