Job Summary:
New York based real estate company is seeking an attorney to join its legal department to provide legal advice and support the organization, working closely with the General Counsel and senior management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
+ confidentiality agreements, purchase and sale agreements; agreements with architects, contractors and adjacent property owners and brokerage agreements; office and retail space leases and net leases; management and leasing contracts and service contracts; joint venture agreements and operating agreements
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Compensation: $180,000 - $195,000 Annually
