Here are some things you'll be doing:
- Assist Supervisor, Lead when supervisor is off and develop your team to its full potential with emphasis of following all safety/company rules and regulations
- Trained to operate all equipment and fill in when necessary in various positions
- Direct and coordinate daily activities in the warehouse
- Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching your team, and make sure projects and orders are completed on time
- Will periodically conduct safety and training meetings
- Direct team towards goals in compliance, safety, ISO, and general procedure/process events
- Wearing appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment)
