Our Operations Department is currently looking for a Senior Warehouse Foreman to lead our afternoon shift. This hands-on position is responsible for coordinating warehouse operations and ensuring outgoing shipments are completed accurately and on time. The successful candidate will supervise a team of warehouse employees, provide guidance and coaching, and ensure production, quality, safety, and customer service standards are consistently met.
- Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM

- Coordinate and direct employees to ensure the afternoon workloads and shipping schedules are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and feedback to team members to drive performance and development.
- Partner with the Assistant Operations Managers on employee performance management, attendance, and training.
- Maintain a strong floor presence to monitor workflow, safety, and adherence to company procedures.
- Oversee end-of-day shipments to ensure all orders are loaded correctly and shipped out on time.
- Confirm that next-day shipments are staged and ready for processing.
- Ensure company and customer requirements are communicated, understood, and met.
- Monitor the team’s accuracy in retrieving shipping documents and validating counts, tags, and product locations; assist when needed.
- Ensure product quality by confirming non-conformances are identified and reported before shipment.
- Oversee driver interactions, ensuring outbound loads are coordinated safely and efficiently.
- Verify outbound trailer inspections and documentation are completed accurately.
- Ensure bill of ladings and shipment tracking information are entered and forwarded appropriately.
- Support warehouse activities such as order picking, receiving, stock checks, and inventory counts as needed.
- Ensure delivery drivers and team members comply with health and safety protocols.
- Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

- 1 - 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistic environment.
- 3 – 5 years of warehouse experience
- Forklift Certificate: 3 years’ experience, preferred.
- Class 5 License and a clean driving record (abstract to be provided).
- Post-secondary education in management, business administration, logistics, or supply chain considered an asset.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate workflow and motivate a team.
- Hands-on commitment to supporting team members to get the job done right.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with employees, delivery drivers, and customers.
- Product knowledge of carbon steel products and valves is an asset.
- Proficient with inventory software and Microsoft Office.
- Physically capable of occasionally assisting with lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing into or onto trucks, and operating tie-down winches when needed.
- Professional demeanor and ability to perform under pressure.
- Commitment to safety and consistent use of required PPE (hard hat, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, etc.).
