Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, conducting audits, and providing administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits of processes and products to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate project activities and ensure quality objectives are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities, including reports and corrective actions.
- Assist in event planning and project coordination as needed.
- Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management, data entry, and clerical tasks.
- Manage multi-line phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette while addressing customer inquiries.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and DocuSign for various administrative tasks.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity; perform transcription duties as required.
- Organize filing systems and maintain office management practices to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
- Experience with bookkeeping and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with project coordination, event planning, and administrative support functions is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; experience in customer service is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
