Lubricants Freight Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, AZ

As our Lubricants Freight Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our lubricant products reach their destinations efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy solving logistical puzzles, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate and track freight shipments to ensure timely delivery

- Prepare Bill of Ladings and complete shipping documentation

- Communicate with internal teams and customers about LTL shipments

- Monitor and optimize freight costs for efficiency

- Resolve invoice discrepancies and collaborate with vendors

- Support bulk plant managers and streamline shipping processes

- Provide top-tier service to internal and external stakeholders

- Cross-train and support other roles within the department

What You Bring

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Sheets & Docs

- Ability to type and use ten-key efficiently

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate’s degree preferred

- Comfortable with basic math (addition, subtraction, percentages)

- Ability to read and write clear, professional correspondence
