The Regional Manager – Fuel & Lubricants Division is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, customer service, safety, and team development within the assigned territory. This individual will be responsible for managing both the fuel and lubricants service teams, maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors, and driving strategic growth in the region.

- Lead, manage, and inspire the Fuel & Lubricants service teams across the assigned region.
- Set the tone, energy, and pace for the division—"Speed of the Leader, Speed of the Team."
- Oversee residential and commercial propane and fuel installations and services.
- Monitor progress of ongoing projects, delegate tasks, and work in the field when needed.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure outstanding customer service in all interactions—serving as a key point of escalation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Audit service quality and respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns or complaints.
- Educate customers on safe and efficient use of propane, fuel systems, and related equipment.
- Coach and mentor service team members to meet and exceed performance standards.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new employees while promoting a positive team culture.
- Support career development and promote a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure strict adherence to company and regulatory safety standards.
- Partner with management on loss prevention and environmental compliance.
- Maintain awareness of and compliance with industry regulations, tools, and innovations.
- Analyze income statements and collaborate with leadership to develop budgets and KPIs.
- Develop and optimize delivery routes to balance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Identify emerging opportunities and challenges in the region and proactively address them.
- Proven experience in regional or operations management, preferably within fuel, propane, or lubricants.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Technically proficient, including use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Clear understanding of budget development, income statement analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure.
- Physical ability to work in the field when needed (lifting, carrying, walking rough terrain).
- North Carolina Propane Fuel Piping License.
- Class B Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat Endorsement.
- Experience with compliance, loss prevention, or process safety management.
- Background in automation, process improvement, and customer-focused innovation.
