Assistant Service Manager

- PURPOSE

The purpose of the position is to support our service manager with the daily functions required to support our customer's needs.

- DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Timely, accurately, and efficiently performs the following job duties.

2.1 Organize and track customer tooling sent in for repair

2.2 Prepare Outgoing Shipments

2.3 Computer/Database Work

Process service billings to the customer and assist with service quotes.

2.4 Customer Communication

Communicate with the customer on rental orders and service quotes for repairs.

2.5 Check in customer tooling

2.6 Test / Inspect Customer Tools

Assist with testing and inspecting customer tools during busy times.

2.7 Phones

Answers phones and interacts with customers as needed to provide customer service.

2.8 Conversions

Performs product conversions according to production orders as required.

2.9 Travel to customer sites if needed for training, repair and tool operation.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted

Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding

Worker must have a valid driver’s license

5.0 SUPERVISOR

- The Service Manager serves as the immediate Supervisor for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
