The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects. You’ll be holding schedules, vendors, and teams together while keeping costs and timelines in check. - Assist Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate communication between contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Track project progress, identify risks, and suggest mitigation strategies
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and reports
- Support cost tracking and invoicing processes
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
- Assist with quality control and safety compliance checks
- Provide day-to-day support on-site or remotely as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years experience in project coordination, construction, or related industries
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient with project management software (e.g., Tekla, Procore, Bluebeam) and MS Office suite
- Basic understanding of budgeting and scheduling principles
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
