Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Five Star Painting of Coeur d'Alene, with a primary focus on commercial project management, bidding, and effective oversight of both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate excels in managing customer relationships and leading teams of employees and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Oversee all operational aspects of residential and commercial painting projects from initiation to completion.

•

Conduct commercial project bidding, preparing accurate, timely proposals to secure new business.

•

Manage relationships with both commercial and residential customers, ensuring clear communication, customer satisfaction, and efficient resolution of any issues.

•

Supervise, train, and lead project management staff, painters, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and budgets.

•

Coordinate and manage schedules, resources, and project logistics effectively.

•

Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.

•

Regularly evaluate project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet company goals and standards.

•

Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:

•

Proven experience in commercial project management and bidding.

•

Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and subcontractors.

•

Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.

•

Solid organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong understanding of the residential and commercial painting industry.

•

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
