As a HVAC Engineer in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for the engineering and coordination of HVAC systems within a nuclear fuel manufacturing facility. This role will be engaged throughout all project phases, including planning, design, construction, and startup. The HVAC Engineer will lead technical evaluations, oversee the preparation of engineering specifications, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide guidance to teams across multi-disciplinary projects. This role requires strong experience in HVAC engineering, regulatory compliance knowledge and an ability to manage complex systems in a regulated environment. This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $123,000 - $167,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
