Assistant Gas Bar/C-Store Manager

The Slocan Valley Co-operative Association is hiring an Assistant Gas Bar/C-Store Manager on a full-time permanent basis, onsite out of the Slocan Park C-Store in Slocan Park, BC. This role will be providing Gas Bar/C-Store Manager duties on an interim basis.

Located in the West Kootenay region of south-east British Columbia, the Slocan Valley Co-operative Association provides a range of quality goods and services via our Castlegar Petroleum & Lubricant department, our Grocery Convenience and Gas Bar departments in Nelson, Castlegar, Glenmerry, Slocan Park, and The Dam Restaurant & Bar serving over 5,000 active member-owners, we help fuel and feed communities. We have been experiencing great growth and success in several ways and are excited to bring more to the many communities in our region.

The Team: You will work closely with the location supervisors and the Consumer Operations Manager and will have 14 direct reports. This team strives to cultivate a culture of community, diversity, and collaboration.
