Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, managing staff, and driving sales performance. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management, as well as the ability to maintain an organized and efficient store environment.

Duties

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate scheduling of staff.

Oversee inventory control, including stock management and ordering supplies as needed.

•

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote store offerings.

•

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

•

Conduct regular assessments of store performance, analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.

•

Train and develop staff in retail management best practices, customer service techniques, and product knowledge.

•

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

•

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proven experience in store management or retail management roles.

•

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.

•

Knowledge of inventory control processes and stock management techniques.

•

Ability to analyze market trends and make informed buying decisions.

•

Familiarity with wireless sales is a plus but not required.

•

Strong leadership abilities with experience in team development and motivation.
