The Assistant Foreman Water Management is responsible for managing daily Water Management gathering, recycling, and disposal operations, documenting deficiencies, coordinating with various disciplines, serving as assistant PIC, organizing operations, recording financial performance, coordinating among disciplines, handling high-rate transfer operations, and assisting in supervising Water Management treatment operations. The role documents deficiencies and implements remedial actions, coordinating with various disciplines to maintain service standards and regulatory compliance. The role serves as assistant PIC, overseeing multiple services provided to drilling, completions, Water Management transfer, and treatment operations, managing a team of operators for infrastructure optimization. The role organizes daily operations, manages company-owned assets, and coordinates contractors on-site.
•Manages daily water gathering, recycling and disposal operations within the Business Unit, ensuring efficient management and optimization of resources while maintaining compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
•Documents deficiencies and implements remedial actions, ensuring all issues are appropriately addressed and resolved to maintain operational efficiency and compliance standards.
•Coordinates with various operations disciplines to maintain service standards, and ensures adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
•Serves as the assistant POC for multiple services provided to drilling and completions, water transfer, completions operations, water gathering, disposal operations, all water treatment operations and freshwater acquisition, manages team of operators tasked with the optimization and maintenance of all water infrastructure.
•Organizes daily operations and assists in managing all company owned assets related to the delivery of fluid to the end user, assists in managing contractors on site location to include but not limited to containment, transfer, storage companies’ treatment, construction, and chemical companies.
•Records and captures financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) at the field level, ensuring effective tracking and assessment of operational and financial metrics.
•Coordinates among various operational disciplines, maintains adherence to rig-related policies, and helps in conducting periodic selection events for sourcing, guaranteeing the smooth provision of services.
•Handles daily high-rate transfer operations, coupled with the management of water transfer operations schedules, ensures efficient and cost-effective transfer processes are maintained, optimizing resource allocation, and facilitating smooth operational flow.
•Assists in supervising water treatment operations, freshwater acquisition, sourcing schedules and budgets, internal billing program administration, documentation, and impoundments for both fresh and treated water.
Education:
•High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education and/or commensurate work experience is required. Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other related discipline is preferred.
Experience:
•5+ years of relevant experience with 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in E&P Operations specializing in areas such as Water Management and Treatments, Water Equipment Maintenance and Optimization or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.
