Job Summary
As a Supervisor, you will oversee and manage all activities at a construction site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
•
Manage and supervise construction site activities
•
Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets standards
•
Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
•
Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
•
Conduct budgeting and cost control activities
•
Utilize software such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, ProCore for project management
•
Perform project scheduling tasks efficiently
•
Conduct regular inspections using tools like an ohmmeter
Requirements
•
Current valid Texas Plumbers Journeyman License with Med Gas Endorsement.
•
5 years of Med Gas Experience.
•
Required Hand Tools for craft tasks.
•
OSHA 30, Dyna Ten will furnish this training.
•
Reliable transportation.
•
Lift up to 80 pounds, or handle heavier items with team, lifts, work on ladders and elevated platforms and in small areas and heights.
•
Leadership, delegating skills and managing a crew up from 3 to 10 direct reports
