Position Description

This position is responsible for supporting Fill Plant activity and Production Team output while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance. Responsibilities also include the development of activity processes and implementation of Production Methodology.

Your Day-to-Day

- Safety culture development through 8 Non-Negotiable awareness.

- Production activity and efficiency oversight utilizing Play Book Builder

- Conduct Play Book Builder Audits

- Product supply and demand fulfilment

- Production activity and efficiency oversight

- Customer Service and Support – internal / external

- Promote General Air Core 4 culture.

- Team Communication

- LMA support through development of employee notables

- Compliance adherence and application to production activity

- Quality of Product output

- CNO activity and score improvement

- Verify daily, weekly and monthly activity requirements/list

- Metrics – monitor Score Card population and L10 Rock Progress

- PTO coverage coordination

- Process training as needed

- Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Team

- Complete understanding of production gases: gas properties, compatibility, and hazards.

- Strong understanding of gas analysis methodologies and the gravimetric fill process

- Complete understanding of Production activities and sequence

- Ability to work under pressure

- Working knowledge of CGA, FDA, DOT, OSHA, regulations rules, and guidelines related to gases and gas packaging

- Familiarity with Gas Packaging equipment

- Capacity to lead, manage and develop Production personnel with positive interpersonal skills

- Thoughtful communication

- Organizational skills

- Proactive, self-motivated

- Experience in compressed gas industry or cryogenic related field.

- Post high school education, preferred

- Strong understanding of process and sequencing

- Experience promoting urgency

- Familiarity with Fill Plant equipment

- Familiarity with Nondestructive testing and DOT cylinder requirements

- Technical understanding of Gas Analysis process and Plant capabilities

- Solution oriented individual

- Written and verbal communication skills

- Strong track record of safety

- Technically savvy, preferred

- Mechanically inclined, preferred

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to self-manage

- Able to stand on your feet 7 to 8 hours a day with lots of walking, twisting, grasping, sitting, and repetitive motions bending, reaching, pushing/pulling.

- Frequent lifting of 10-20lbs is required, may at times life up to 75 lbs.

- Reoccurring pushing/pulling 150lbs.

- Ability to work indoor/outdoor with hot summer and cold winter conditions where high noise levels are possible.
