A Snapshot of Your Day
As an Assistant District Service Manager (ADSM), your day will involve direction and support of field service resources required to install, maintain, repair, analyze, and operate power generation equipment.
The ADSM will coordinate efforts across multiple product lines and personnel, ensuring timely decisions to maximize service quality and customer satisfaction. This role will also include monitoring job costs, reviewing cost estimates, and providing field service engineering recommendations and support as part of the service team.
You will be responsible for supporting all work scopes within the geographical area of assigned responsibility. This is an office position and reports directly to the District Service Manager and has a high degree of internal and external customer interface! Travel is anticipated to support internal and external meetings.

The base salary range for this position in Westmont, Illinois is $85-130k and the annual incentive target is 10% of base salary.
Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
