Overview
We are looking for District administrator to assist our District manager and assistant district manager with day to day activities. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial, human resources, safety and fleet teams.
· Answering telephone calls and directing them to correct department head
· Corresponding with vendors with regard to past due invoices
· Corresponding with new vendors – supplying new vendors with correct paperwork to properly have them entered into our system
· Submitting vendor invoices to AP Department for payment
· Corresponding with new customers – supplying new customers with correct paperwork to properly have them entered into our system
· Submitting customer invoices through different pay portals such as EDI, email or regular mail. (EDI – OpenInvoice, Ariba, Cortex, Enerpact, Actain)
· Working with AR as to Past Due Invoices
· Preparing hotel reservations for employees – CLC
