The Senior Land Analyst must have experience reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting the terms and conditions of real property contracts and other legal agreements. This position supports Land, Operations, Financial Reporting, Audit, Legal, Commercial, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Facilities, and Tax in the management of real property leases and term agreements.
•Analyze and interpret the obligations, terms, conditions, and special provisions of existing and new real property leases involving Company assets.
•Set up and maintain all lease and receivable electronic and hard-copy files, with relevant agreements, correspondence, payment information, and other documentation.
•Set up new suppliers (payees) in Oracle and update supplier information in company land application, including appropriate division of interest.
•Obtain correct account coding information and process lease payments and accounts receivable payments in company land application and Oracle.
•Initiate and prepare (if needed) lease renewals, lease terminations, and other real property contracts, including those with certain local, state, and federal government entities.
•Compile various reports and provide information regarding contract rights and obligations to internal stakeholders, and manage appropriate follow-up.
•Interface with Land Representatives to research pipeline facility/system/and project information to link real property leases and term agreements to appropriate Operations area.
•Calculate Consumer Price Index (or other indices) adjustments for real property lease payments.
•Interface with Landowners to resolve changes in ownership or questions regarding real property lease and term agreement payments.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
•A Bachelor’s degree or commensurate payables experience is required.
•Previous experience with contracts and document management databases required. Midstream Energy (ROW) experience preferred.
•Proficiency in the MS Office suite, as well as digital mapping software such as Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.. Previous experience with Oracle preferred.
•Knowledge of land principles and their application with the ability to analyze land data for entry into company land application.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
•Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with an aptitude for detailed and precise work, as well as flexibility to adapt, as needed, to updated priorities.
