This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.

How You Will Make an Impact

As Atlas Energy Solutions’ AI Solutions Architect, you will design, implement, and optimize AI systems to solve business problems, acting as a bridge between AI technology and business needs, ensuring AI solutions are aligned with organizational goals. This is an opportunity to build your own AI practice from ground up.

Responsibilities:

•

Design and Implementation: Conceptualize, Develop and oversee the implementation of AI solutions that meet specific business requirements. Strong solution implementation experience (platform engineering, developer experience).

•

Strategic Alignment: Ensures AI initiatives are aligned with overall business strategy and objectives.

•

Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of AI technologies, algorithms, and machine learning techniques, LLM, RAG, GenAI etc. Strong cloud architecture expertise (Azure, AWS, GCP) across large project with 2-3 years min. experience in doing cloud projects

•

Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and lead implementation. Demonstrated experience leading teams

•

Problem Solving: Identify and solve complex technical challenges related to AI development and deployment.

•

Scalability and Performance: Design AI solutions that are scalable, robust, and performant.

•

Security and Compliance: Ensure AI solutions are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.

•

Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate AI solutions to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Custom built vs off the shelf.

•

Documentation: Create and maintain robust technical documentation for AI solutions.

Skills:

•

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI algorithms, machine learning techniques, data science, and software engineering. Along with examples of leading LLMs, RAGs, GenAI and Agentic AI efforts.

•

Business Acumen: Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

•

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

•

Project Management: Ability to manage AI projects from inception to deployment.

•

Data Management: Understanding of data storage, processing, and management techniques.

•

Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.

Tools and Technologies:

•

Programming Languages: Python, R, Java, etc.

•

Machine Learning Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.

•

Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.

•

Data Management Tools: Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, etc.
