We are building a next-generation Insurtech reimagining risk modeling, underwriting, and document intelligence. We are cloud-native, API-first, and AI-driven; building intelligent systems to automate and scale insurance operations across the globe.
Collectively, our team, advisors, and investors have held executive roles at major global insurers and at leading companies including SpaceX, Google, Snowflake, Salesforce, Citadel, Blackstone, and KKR.
We’re seeking a dynamic AI Full Stack Developer with experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Agentic AI tools to help build intelligent applications across our Insurance AI-powered products. You’ll be working at the intersection of serverless cloud development and cognitive AI systems using large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AWS-native machine learning services.
· Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS Lambda.
· Implement NLP pipelines, entity extraction, and semantic analysis for insurance document intelligence.
· Build and integrate agentic workflows (Autonomous AI Agents) that can interact with APIs, trigger actions, and reason over large datasets.
· Work closely with AI/ML engineers to productionize models (using SageMaker, Bedrock, or custom APIs).
· Participate in the build and maintenance of a secure multi-tenant architecture on AWS.
· Contribute to the MLOps and DataOps pipelines feeding our datalake (Bronze → Silver → Gold architecture).
· Write clean, testable, and well-documented code across front-end and back-end services.
· Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to planning, code reviews, and devops releases.
· 4+ years of experience in full-stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js)
· 2+ years of experience building AI/ML-enabled applications, especially NLP
· Experience with AWS cloud services: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation or Terraform
· Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, or OpenSearch)
· Practical experience with agent frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or OpenAI tools
· Understanding of MLOps pipelines and API integration for ML services
· Solid knowledge of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices
· Familiarity with RAG architecture or hybrid search systems
· Background in insurance or financial services data processing
· Experience with serverless application monitoring and observability (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog)
· A chance to shape the future of Insurtech with a world-class team
· A modern tech stack with full automation and DevOps best practices
· Opportunities to explore cutting-edge AI and quantum technologies
