About the Role:

Join INTEGRITY INFRASTRUCTURE as an Aerial Supervisor, where you will lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality aerial services. This role is perfect for those who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about infrastructure development.

- Supervise and lead a team of laborers and other personnel in the aerial operations.

- Ensure that all aerial operations are carried out safely and in compliance with the company's safety standards and regulations.

- Plan and coordinate aerial activities to meet production targets and ensure that applicable equipment is maintained and serviced properly.

- Ensure that all records are properly maintained and reported accurately.

- Monitor the aerial operations and identify potential problems or issues and implement solutions to ensure that aerial activities are not interrupted.

- Train and mentor new personnel and ensure that all personnel are trained in safety procedures.

- Ensure that equipment and materials are stocked and ordered in a timely manner.

- Carry out regular inspections of applicable equipment to identify and correct any defects or issues.

- Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Proven experience in aerial operations or related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.

- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in aerial work.

- FAA certification and relevant licenses for aerial operations.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in project management software and tools.

- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
