Aerial Supervisor

Job Details

- Provide communication and direction to the crew members

- Performing all responsibilities of aerial lineman

- Read and interpret engineering plans and specifications

- Understand separation and clearance regulations

- Implement and perform steps to complete jobs in a timely manner

- Conducting daily walk-throughs

- Keep detailed record of work activity

- Ensuring DOT documentation

- Conducting weekly toolbox talk and daily safety sheets

- Maintaining and submitting require reporting

- Follow all company and departmental procedures and regulations including all safety requirements

- Other duties assigned

Essential Education And Qualifications

- Experience with Aerial coax and fiber construction

- Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Skills

- Valid Class A License (CDL)

Physical Demands

- Work in all weather conditions
