Solar & Battery Sales | In-Office Leadership

Compensation: $100,000-$150,000
Schedule: Full-time | In-office | Monday–Friday
We’re hiring a Senior Sales Team Manager to lead our internal team of Closers—supporting them as they close deals with both new solar customers and existing customers adding batteries. You’ll also continue to close your own deals, setting the standard for the team.
This role is perfect for someone with strong solar sales experience who enjoys mentorship, accountability, and a productive work environment.
What You’ll Do:
•Lead and manage a team of in-house Closers who:
•Sell solar systems to new customers
•Sell battery add-ons to existing solar customers
•Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to help improve closing rates
•Keep the team motivated and focused on reaching their daily and monthly sales goals
•Personally close deals from pre-set appointments
•When appointments are slow, help the team find new lead sources and outreach strategies
•Contribute to improving internal processes as we scale
What We’re Looking For:
•Strong background in solar sales (battery sales experience is a plus)
•Previous experience managing or mentoring a sales team
•Ability to coach Closers and lead by example in both results and attitude
•Organized, dependable, and self-driven
•Comfortable working in-office each day
