You’ll report to the Quality and Improvement Director and play a key role in maintaining information integrity, managing the document life cycle and continuously improving our processes.

- Ensure the quality, compliance and efficiency of document processes while supporting the continuous improvement of BBA's quality system

- Manage the document life cycle in accordance with internal requirements and applicable standards, including ISO 9001

- Assist internal teams in creating, classifying, approving and publishing their documents

- Revise and format technical, administrative and operational documents to ensure consistency and compliance

- Help standardize, optimize and automate document processes

- Help manage and improve Quality department processes

- Provide general administrative support, as needed

Summary of certifications and job requirements

- College or vocational diploma in a relevant field (documentation, office automation, administration, information management or equivalent)

- From three to five years of relevant experience in a similar position (archives, quality department or regulated environment)

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Teams, SharePoint, Excel)

- Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects

- Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec

- Intermediate Spanish skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in South America; you may need to use Spanish occasionally or daily, depending on current projects

- Asset: experience with a document management system (e.g., M-Files, SharePoint)

- Asset: knowledge of MS Visio or another process modelling tool
