What you will be doing
The Integrity Project Administrator responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Inputs requests for AFE projects in Oracle. Verify all data fields are entered accurately for management approval.
- Updates Pipeline Integrity estimates to reflect WBS structure. Maintains consistent WBS tracking throughout project lifecycle – setup, tracking, and closeout.
- Runs report for AFE end dates. Updates project end dates in Oracle.
- Responds to requests from accounting, internal audit, commercial, project controls, etc. and provides feedback to Pipeline Integrity management.
- Reviews AFE reports - monitoring project expenditures. Issues reports and feedback to PMs.
- Routinely code and track invoices.
- Assists with gathering variance explanations from delta reporting on project performance.
- Updates AFE tracker for change order status as a result of warning letters and scope changes.
- Monitors timely submittal of request into Oracle for review.
- Assist in the annual budget process by locating missing data or verifying data provided by Project Managers, other departments, contractors, and accounting.
What Your Background Should Look Like (minimum Qualifications)
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications
- High school degree or GED is required.
- Associate’s degree or greater is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pipeline Project Management administrative support or equivalent is required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle’s AFE or invoice programs is preferred
