Position Summary: We are looking for a experienced Administrative Technician to perform advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative responsibilities. We ask that you have a broad and comprehensive understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations.

Your Day-to-Day:

- Perform complex administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy.

- Produce, analyze reports; address reporting issues and provide relevant insights.

- Conduct routine assignments and data analysis to support departmental goals.

- Participate in special projects, offering administrative support.

- Respond to internal and external requests for information.

- Document and recommend improvements to existing processes.

- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage deliverables across multiple partners.

- Arrange travel and logistics; organize staff functions and events.

- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and written materials; proofread and edit documents for clarity and accuracy.

- Collaborate with other administrative professionals to ensure understanding and consistency across teams.

- Maintain confidentiality while coordinating with internal departments and external partners, including government personnel.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience.

- Associate's degree.

- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and report generation.

- High level of handling sensitive information.
