Administrative Safety & Fleet Position

S2W has a Full Time Safety and Fleet management position.

Being a small company the position will include other duties that pop up and need to be addressed at times, so flexibility is a requirement.

S2W is a Drug- free environment pre-employment drug testing will be part of the position.

Responsibilities – maintain & support all S2W Areas.

· Maintain fleet records and ensure maintenance is up to date on vehicles and equipment. Schedule, track and transport trucks when service as needed. Maintain truck trackers.

· Ensure safety training is up to date, ensure records are maintained and updated in various locations.

· Compete safety, drug testing and compliance audits with customers and Auditing agencies.

· Educate employees on safety standards and expectations as well as safe machinery operation

· Perform safety training and practical’s, spot checks, reporting

- Maintaining small inventory of truck supplies – communicate with purchasing department for orders & approval

· Assist in maintaining company issued tools, safety equipment, tool inventory, gas monitors etc.

· Collect and review paperwork to be sent to main office

· Investigate accidents and near misses that occur onsite and identify root causes of the incident – complete paperwork necessary

· Collect Risk Assessment Safety reports and follow thru with issues reported

Requirements

· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office

· Experience with ISNetworld, PEC, Avetta, DISA and other data reporting.

· Ability to work well independently, prioritize, and complete tasks in a high pressure environment.

· Valid Driver’s license with clean record, able to drive all vehicles in fleet

· Ability to operate a forklift

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally.

· Must be able to push/pull 100 pounds occasionally.

· After hours phone calls, possible OT

· Drug testing pre employment and random policies – support a drug free environment.
