Position Summary:
The Administrative Operations Specialist II, also known as the ESL PPE Rotation Specialist, is responsible for assisting customers with the maintenance of previously tested equipment and ensuring compliance with NFPA 70E training requirements. This role primarily involves direct communication with customers by responding to product or service requests, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns, with the goal of achieving high customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities – PPE Rotation Management:
- Manage the scheduling and tracking of PPE rotation and maintenance.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and tested in compliance with safety standards and NFPA 70E regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to facilitate timely testing, repair, and replacement of PPE.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment status, testing history, and rotation cycles.
- Generate reports related to PPE inventory and compliance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and inquiries.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or escalate as appropriate.
- Communicate clearly regarding product availability, order status, and service timelines.
- Support administrative tasks as directed by the Administrative Manager to enhance overall operations.
