We are looking for a organizationally focused administrative coordinator. This person will be responsible for,
- Coordinating between owners/managers and customer service staff
- Preparing and facilitating reports to various government agencies
- Assisting w/bookkeeping
- Maintaining and overseeing implementation of master calendar.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Various other administrative tasks.
Must be able to work as part of a team but also capable of working on your own with little supervision. This role is best suited for those who are highly organized and able to communicate effectively. This is a role with plenty of room for growth and flexibility to provide self ownership of role.

- High school degree
- Knowledge of Propane, Fuel oil and Kerosene preferred
