The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to daily operations within our steel pipe manufacturing facilities. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and the ability to work effectively with both office and production staff. Experience working with an ERP system is preferred.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and record maintenance in company systems (ERP/Maintenance software experience preferred)
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and email correspondence using Microsoft Outlook
- Maintain spreadsheets and reports in Microsoft Excel
- Provide administrative support to operations and commercial teams
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Support production with administrative tasks as needed
- Perform general office duties including managing office supplies and processing mail.
