Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Construction Administrative Specialist to support our project teams and office operations in Sterling, VA. This individual will assist with accounts payable, subcontractor payments, lien waivers, and general administrative tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and skilled in Microsoft Office, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Assist with accounts payable processing and tracking.

•

Support the administration of subcontractor payments, lien waivers, and miscellaneous documentation.

•

Greet visitors and maintain a professional office environment.

•

Order and maintain office supplies.

•

Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.

•

Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

•

Collaborate with internal departments to support various administrative needs.

Qualifications:

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

•

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

•

Dependable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•

Prior experience in a construction office or administrative support role is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
