The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills and a passion for supporting a team.
Responsibilities:
•Provide administrative support to various departments and ensure efficient office operations.
•Answer and direct phone calls and provide general information.
•Prepare correspondence, memos and reports.
•Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
•Maintain and organize electronic files.
•Assist with data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
•Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
•Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Proven experience in an administrative role.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
•Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
