Provides basic support by handling a wide variety of documents. Responsible for performing office tasks such as filing, maintaining records, processing transactions and other similar duties. May prepare reports, presentations or correspondence. Follows organizational and departmental procedures to complete tasks. May handle special projects as assigned.
- Copy, scan and store documents.
- Check for accuracy and edit files such as contracts. Review/update technical documents, manuals, workflows.
- Distribute project related copies to internal teams.
- File documents in physical and digital records.
- Create templates for future use. Retrieve files as requested. Manage flow of documentation within organization.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement. Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office software packages and company specific databases.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, friendly and personable.

- Ability to produce business correspondence.
