Acquisition & Relationship Team Lead

Reports To: Director of Operations

Position Summary: The Acquisition & Relationship Team Lead is a hands-on, growth-focused leader responsible for driving new customer acquisition, deepening existing relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. This role leads our Account Executives , with a focus on building relationships, expanding market presence, and proactively growing our heating oil, propane, and HVAC customer bases.

You’ll ensure the team is aligned around a customer-centric mindset and empowered to deliver results across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and expansion, while collaborating closely with all other teams in the company to deliver a seamless and consistently high-quality customer experience.
