Position Summary

The Account Payable Associate is expected to support the team in executing all AP activities. Send and file external and internal correspondence and communication. Collect, control, and process data; execute changes in a timely manner. Be adaptable to the fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities

•

Processing open items using our ERP system(s) GP and Concur

•

Update ACH data

•

Contact with internal/external customers

•

Scanning invoices

•

Resolving inquiries within 24 hours

•

Assist team members to complete tasks

Qualifications

Education:

•

Ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years’ experience in AP

•

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advance Excel skills.

•

Knowledge of applicable business practices and accepted AP business processes

Experience / Abilities:

•

Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

•

Familiar with Great Plains and Concur

•

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

•

Must be flexible and able to adapt to change

•

English, fluent proficiency, verbal and written. Knowledge of Spanish an advantage

Travel and Hours

•

This position is full-time, standard operating hours – Hybrid 2 days a week.

•

Minimal travel may be required with this position as part of support responsibilities
