Accountant - Renewable Fuels Accounting

Position Summary

Renewable Fuels Accounting is responsible for the accounting of renewable fuel purchases (ethanol, bio, renewable feedstocks), sales, inventory reconcilements, as well RIN and Carbon Intensity reconcilements. This is a growing, evolving, and dynamic area as the importance of renewable fuels increases and governmental policies change. The primary systems used in this role is Right Angle and the Renewable Compliance Management System (RCMS). The successful candidate will work closely with commercial traders, schedulers, terminal & transport personnel, and others in the Operations Accounting organization. This position will also work closely with the Renewable Fuels supervisor and lead on RA reporting, closeout tasks, analytical work, and special project work as necessary.
