We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to drive our sales efforts and expand our customer base. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and a results-driven mindset.
· Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales of Streetleaf's solar streetlighting solutions.
· Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Identify, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
· Prepare and present compelling proposals that address client needs and demonstrate the value of Streetleaf’s solutions.
· Manage and grow assigned accounts by understanding client needs, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Provide feedback on market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development.
· Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
· 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, technology, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification methodologies, and CRM systems.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
· Creative problem solver with the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
· Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
· A person of high ethics, integrity, honesty with lots of passion, drive, and a sense of humor.
· Previous business relationships within Land Development and master planned communities.
· Familiar with the top builders in the USA NAHB.
· Ability to travel for networking events, HOA / CDD meetings, developers corporate offices, and builders shows.
· Accustomed to presenting a presentation deck to c-suite executives, municipalities, and utility companies.
· Previous experience as a Project Manager, Business Development Manager, or Civil Engineer.
