About the Company:
We are a family office with over a decade of dedicated experience investing in oil and gas mineral rights. Our team takes pride in fostering long-standing, respectful relationships with landowners, rooted in trust, transparency, and shared value. This position represents our ongoing commitment to professionalism and integrity in every landowner interaction.
Position Summary:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of landowners who own oil and gas mineral rights. These relationships have been cultivated over a 10+ year period, and your role is to act as a professional, friendly, and consistent point of contact. Your primary goal is not aggressive sales, but rather proactive relationship management—staying in regular contact, ensuring the landowners are informed, and gauging interest should they consider selling their mineral rights in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
•Maintain a portfolio of mineral rights landowners and serve as their primary point of contact.
•Conduct monthly check-ins via phone, video calls, or email to ensure ongoing engagement.
•Build trust through consistent, respectful, and transparent communication.
•Document all interactions and update CRM systems with notes and insights.
•Provide updates on market trends or relevant news that may impact their mineral rights value (training provided).
•Collaborate closely with the acquisitions and legal teams when a landowner expresses interest in selling.
•Represent the family office brand with integrity and professionalism at all times.
•Maintain deep knowledge of each landowner’s profile and history to personalize interactions.
•Flag potential opportunities or risks based on owner sentiment and conversations.
Qualifications:
•Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
•Proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar customer-facing role.
•Excellent communication and listening abilities.
•A natural curiosity and empathy-driven approach to conversations.
•Experience or interest in the oil & gas, real estate, or land acquisition industries is a plus, but not required.
•Comfort with CRM systems and managing follow-up schedules.
•Self-starter with a high degree of personal integrity.
Why Join Us?
•Work with a seasoned, values-driven family office.
•Join a supportive team with long-standing credibility in the mineral rights space.
•Flexible remote environment with autonomy over your schedule.
•Opportunity to grow in a niche industry with long-term upside.
