Posting Job Summary (Purpose):The Account Management Specialist position is responsible for maintaining National Account customer records in SAP to comply with contractual obligations and troubleshooting National Accounts customer issues in partnership with Field Operations, the Sales team and other key stakeholders. Customer issues and account changes must be prioritized and identified, tracked in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and followed through until a resolution is reached and the case is closed. The position provides an expert level of account support to address issues quickly and effectively.
