As an Account Executive II, you’ll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for a portfolio of high-value aviation clients, delivering exceptional service and driving growth across our global operations.
- Own the Relationship: Be the primary point of contact for a select group of top-tier clients, building trust and delivering personalized support.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure every trip is executed flawlessly, from planning to post-flight follow-up.
- Be the Expert: Provide consultative guidance on our full suite of Trip Support services, including flight planning, permits, fuel, and ground handling.
- Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to expand service usage and deepen client engagement.
- Collaborate & Lead: Work cross-functionally with operations teams and lead presentations to clients as needed.
- Stay Available: Provide after-hours and weekend support when required to ensure seamless service.
- Travel Smart: Occasionally travel to meet clients and represent World Fuel Services at industry events.
- Industry Expertise: 5–15 years in aviation operations or trip support (or equivalent experience).
- Customer Focus: Proven success in client retention, issue resolution, and relationship management.
- Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of flight planning, meteorology, and international logistics.
- Communication Skills: Confident, diplomatic, and persuasive—especially under pressure.
- Team Player: Works well across departments and levels, with a collaborative mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere while supporting global operations.
