2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for operations that include the installation, maintenance and repair of production equipment, facilities and environmental systems that are detrimental to the overall success of the company. Qualified candidates must be able to work 2nd shift effectively with little supervision.

Job Duties:

- Perform basic Preventive Maintenance on a wide variety of equipment, using maintenance requests, prints, diagrams and manuals.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose and perform maintenance or repairs on equipment, facilities and similar environmental systems.

- Install and maintain various machines and equipment using plant schematics, wiring diagrams, precision measuring tools and equipment manuals.

- Comply with required company and OSHA designated training, this includes but is not limited to, LOTO, Confined Space, and Fall Protection..

- Demonstrate strong analytical skills in determining how to properly repair CNC machines, welders, saws, drill presses, break presses and other like equipment.

- Contact required members when machines are down to ensure equipment has minimal down time.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment and production machinery or maintenance certification preferred.

- Ability to perform listed ‘Job Duties’ independently or with minimal supervision.

- Ability to consistently and quickly push, pull, or lift 50+ pounds for 10 hours per day.

- Willingness to work in a dusty work environment consisting of balsa wood, foam, and fiberglass.

- Background in Welding, Millworks, Fixture Fabrication, Machine Fabrication and other like skills preferred.

2nd shift: Mon-Thurs 5pm-3:30am with probable OT on Fridays

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
